Description of Ministry: The worship ministry exists to lead Emmanuel Baptist Church to worship in Spirit and Truth. The worship ministry's main focus is the EBC Worship Choir. This choir leads the congregation on Sunday morning, as well as leads in specific outreach musical events during the year. Emmanuel Baptist has a unique dual choir rehearsal on Wednesday nights.Choir Rehearsal A begins at 6:30pm and Choir Rehearsal B begins at 7:50.You can choose one of these rehearsal times that best meets your needs.. There is no audition to join the choir. If you want to be part of this exciting ministry of EBC, come be our guest at a rehearsal. Church membership is not required to be part of the EBC Worship Choir. Our worship band is made up of drums, guitars, and keyboards. If you play an instrument and would like to be part of this group, talk to our worship pastor, Rhon Carter. This group is an auditioned group of musicians.

Description of Ministry: Each week we have dedicated teachers ready and willing to help your children learn spiritual music in a creative and uplifting environment. The choirs meet during the school year and in the summer special activities are planned.

Description of Ministry: All Students in 6th through 12 grade are invited to join the EBC Student Worship Choir ministry.We meet each Sunday afternoon at 4:45 in the choir room for rehearsal and we sing once a month on Sunday nights.We have team of dedicated adult workers who help with parts and outreach for this group. We have been involved with Songs of the South, a youth choir retreat each January. In the winter semester, this team breaks into small groups to learn instruments, choreography, singing, or sign language.We take a choir/mission tour every other year.

Description of Ministry: This ministry team is responsible for all the lighting, sound and multimedia for our worship services during the week. This team is always looking for people who want to serve at EBC. Having computer skills would be helpful, but we are willing to train new people. The A/V team is a very special group of people who serve in the background of our church, but fulfill such a critical role in ministry.
